1. Wash chicken and drain
2. Coat evenly with crispy fry.
Coating Tip: hand toss chicken and Crispy Fry in a bowl or pot in a container and shake.
3. Deep fry until golden brown.
Frying Tip: Limit cooking oil to 1/3 of frying pan and re-use cooking oil up to 2 times only.
